EXCELLENT 7 YEARS AGED CEDDAR CHEESE
This is the best 7 years aged Cheddar cheese that I have tasted. It is very sharp with a broad flavor profile and is crumbly. It has little crunch (no crystals) and no nuttyness. Still, excellent taste. I will purchase again.
