Super Sharp Cheddar
This is truly super sharp cheddar cheese. It is so sharp that it becomes difficult to get to the flavors. It is crumbly but no crystals or nutty flavors. A little bit of this cheese goes a long way. This one pound block will probably last me, several months or more. I would purchase again if it were available in an 8 ounce block.
