We cut all of our bulk cheese by hand. We get as close as possible to the weight ordered. All bulk cheese cuts are approximate.
We will ship Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We do not want our products sitting in a warehouse over a weekend.
Our product prices do not include shipping costs. We ship our products via USPS. Due to the perishability of our products, we recommend using USPS overnight during hot weather. 3 Day priority is usually sufficient when packages are being sent to states that border Wisconsin provided that the weather is not too HOT. We do not ship to other countries other than the United States.
Be sure to ORDER EARLY during the holiday season! Online orders will be processed as quickly as possible. If sending to more than one address, a separate order must be placed for each one. If the package is to be delivered to a rural route, please add the name of the road and include a phone number. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays or for non-delivery when the address given to us is incorrect or incomplete.
If your order is traveling far and you would like to insure product quality and freshness, we recommend that you add one or more ice packs to your order.
If you wish to protect your shipment from PORCH PIRACY, we strongly recommend that you Require Signature Upon Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are stolen that did not have a signature required. If you do not wish to pay for the extra security, we highly recommend shipping to a business or to a neighbor who will be home if you are unsure of the neighborhood.
