Swiss and Caraway Cheese, per pound

My wife and I are particularly fond of caraway swiss cheese, but it is unfortunately not readily available in our area. I found your store on-line and we decided to give it a try. Despite the pandemic-driven supply chain problems, the cheese arrived on time, well-packed, and still quite cold from the cooling pack that it was shipped with. Without question, the caraway swiss cheese was the absolute best we have ever had the pleasure to eat. A perfect taste, texture, and appropriate balance between hardness and softness.
