My favorite gourmet cheese. Goes w everything or nothing!

My wife bought this cheese for me at the cheese kiosk at our local grocery store. It instantly became my favorite snack cheese of all time. When I returned anxious to buy more, there was none. The employee at the store could not locate the cheese even for order. They could only point to an empty display spot where the cheese might have been. Thank God I found the cheese at The Cheese Store. The shipping was very fast, packed in ice, so that the cheese was fresh and the service was very friendly. I am VERY happy. Thank you guys very much!
